Language Processing Capabilities

Unlike traditional rigid keyword-matching search bars, our NLP discovery engine translates standard conversational language into targeted database parameters:

  • Conversational Queries: You can query the engine using regular phrases (e.g., "best SNES RPGs from the 90s" or "multiplayer shooter games on N64") and get highly relevant results instantly.
  • Intelligent Typo Tolerance: Spelling mistakes, variations in punctuation, partial names, and formatting discrepancies are automatically analyzed and corrected to match database titles.
  • Smart Platform Detection: The engine identifies console and platform mentions (like "NES", "Super Nintendo", "Genesis", or "PlayStation") within your natural language text and automatically targets the query to those platforms.
  • Contextual Intent Matching: Translates descriptive concepts such as "best-rated", "co-op", or "highly rated" into metadata filters (e.g., setting player counts greater than one or sorting results by game ratings).
